McCormick

McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in specialty foods and flavors, wanted to replace a paper-based system for performing retail audits in over 28,000 retail stores across the US. The existing system was inefficient, with significant delays between performing audits and delivering results to retail managers. Having seen the Flowfinity solution successfully used in other CPG organizations McCormick selected Flowfinity Actions as their standard mobile enterprise solution for its ease of use and exceptional functionality.

Laura's Lean Beef

Laura's Lean Beef has sales people conducting store visits and collecting information for the company ranging from inventory levels to status of POS materials, including feedback on customer service and updates to store profiles. They wanted to implement smartphones systems to improve the convenience and immediacy of sales force communications and meet their sales channel data collection requirements. Any smartphone choice would require that software was available that could handle their store call data collection requirements in a cost effective and productive manner while not requiring a large IT project and remaining flexible to their evolving needs.
