Why did we develop Flowfinity® Audits for Retail Performance Management?
Our customers came to us looking for a solution that could speed up the time it took to receive the results from retail audits in order to improve responsiveness to what was happening on the shelves. The problem with the traditional clipboard and spreadsheet approach is the significant lag time between when an audit is completed and when the results are reported. Whereas alternative web-based mobile audit solutions require substantial programming and integration efforts to compile audit results and generate reports.
As an alternative, our customers chose Flowfinity® Actions, a completely customizable business process application for smartphones, and created a retail auditing and reporting solution. After several successful retail implementations in the fast moving consumer goods space, we decided to develop an out-of-the-box retail audit solution that made defining and deploying multiple surveys fast and easy while automatically generating detailed reports without any programming.
